West Houston has a ton of activities for its residents, especially for fans of the fall season. As we usher in the magic of autumn, you’ll love these things to do near our apartments near Memorial Park. Our favorite fall activities include:

Haunted Houston Ghost and Pub Walking Tour

Located only 10 minutes from Memorial Park, the Haunted Houston Ghost Walking Tour is an affordable and engaging way to tour Houston. The tour’s itinerary includes a pass through the downtown historic district and then gives you a chance to stop at a pub for a drink. With the stories told during the tour and the variety of stops, it’s a great way to learn more about your home during the spooky season!

Fall Creek Farmers Market

If you like to shop locally for festive fall foods, don’t miss Fall Creek Farmers Market. The market will open on September 26th for Houston community members. This is a perfect way to pick out a pumpkin to carve for Halloween. You can also find some festive treats to make you feel cozy at home this autumn. They have natural fruit sorbets, wine, vegetables, flowers, jams, cold-pressed juices, ciders, soaps, bath bombs, kettle corn, baked goods, fresh-squeezed lemonade, and more.

Boo On The Boardwalk

Boo On The Boardwalk is a Halloween-themed celebration during weekends in October in Kemah, right outside of Houston. It is an affordable and fun way to enjoy the spooky season. The celebration includes trick-or-treating at the retailers on the boardwalk, outdoor movies, crafts, activities, and haunted houses for everyone.

As you head out to these fall activities, pick up a warm autumn drink from a Houston tea shop. If you would like to look at apartments in West Houston, contact us. We would love to show you all that 7 Square has in store for you.
